Our Neuro Peer Support Group is a welcoming monthly group for people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and other rapidly progressing neurological conditions, as well as their families and carers.
It provides a supportive space to connect with others who understand similar experiences, share challenges and coping strategies, and feel supported emotionally, socially, and practically.
What the group offers
The group offers an opportunity to:
- Connect with others who understand your experiences
- Share ideas, challenges, and coping strategies
- Access guidance and advice from Farleigh Hospice’s specialist team
- Feel supported emotionally, socially, and practically
About the sessions
Each session is facilitated by our MND Coordinator, with support from members of our Therapy Team and wider multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Together, they provide guidance, answer questions, and help ensure everyone feels listened to in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Whether you are newly diagnosed or further along in your journey, the group offers a chance to build meaningful connections and feel less alone.
