We realise that losing a loved one is a very difficult time and would like to thank you for considering supporting Farleigh Hospice with donations made in memory of your loved one.
Funeral collections
Asking friends and family to donate at a loved one’s funeral is a simple and meaningful way to celebrate their life while supporting Farleigh Hospice.
We can help you arrange a funeral collection in a way that feels right for you, including:

- Paying in funeral donations and in memory gifts
Tribute Pages
A Farleigh Hospice Tribute Page is an online space where you can remember and celebrate your loved one. Family and friends can share memories, upload photos and make donations in their memory.
Memory Tree
Our Memory Tree in the Farleigh Hospice garden offers a lasting way to remember someone special. You can dedicate a bronze leaf or heart with a personal message, displayed on the tree for 12 months.
You are welcome to attend a dedication service, or we can place your tribute for you.
In memory events
You may wish to take part in or organise an In Memory event, bringing together family and friends to celebrate a life and raise funds in their name.
Fundraising in memory
You can also honour your loved one by organising a personal challenge, community event or virtual fundraiser. Every activity helps support Farleigh Hospice care and can be shaped around what matters most to you and your loved one.
