Your care

We are here to support you if you are living with a life-limiting illness.

At Farleigh Hospice, we support people living with a life-limiting illness from the point of diagnosis through to end of life, as well as their families and carers.

Our care is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. It may include support at home, care in our Inpatient Unit, advice over the phone, and emotional and practical support for you and those close to you.

This page explains the care we provide, how it is delivered, and how you can access it.
