At Farleigh Hospice, we are here to support you and the people close to you.
This includes emotional, practical, social and wellbeing support to help you cope with life-limiting illness, caring responsibilities, or bereavement.

You do not need to go through things alone. Our support is available to patients, families, carers and loved ones.
