Our current Strategic Plan 2022–2026 continues to guide our work and shape our priorities, helping us to focus on what matters most to the people we support, their families, and our wider community.
We developed this plan following extensive engagement with staff, volunteers, service users, supporters, and the public, alongside an understanding of local and national priorities for hospice care. It sets out our shared vision and three key goals, which continue to underpin how we deliver and develop our services.
We are now in the process of developing our next Strategic Plan, which will be shared in May 2026. This will build on our progress to date and set out our future direction as we continue to strengthen our role as a centre of excellence in hospice care, education, and community-based support for people living with life-limiting illness.
