Relax and Breathe is a supportive programme designed to help people living with a life-limiting illness and their carers manage symptoms, reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
The course combines gentle education and practical techniques to help you feel more in control of your symptoms and day-to-day wellbeing. It also provides an opportunity to meet others in a similar situation and share experiences in a supportive environment.
