Farleigh Hospice is committed to providing the best possible care and support to anyone affected by life-limiting illness and bereavement in our local community. The safety and wellbeing of our patients, staff, volunteers, and visitors is a priority.
Please view our key policies below.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have updated our Prevention and Management of Aggression and Violence policy to become our new Zero Tolerance Policy. A Zero Tolerance statement will also be displayed in our buildings, shops, and on our website.
Sadly, there are occasions where staff and volunteers may not be treated with the respect they deserve. It is important that we address this clearly, consistently, and professionally.
Patient Safety Incident Response Policy
This policy supports the NHS England Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). It sets out how Farleigh Hospice develops and maintains effective systems and processes for responding to patient safety incidents and issues, with the aim of learning and improving patient safety.
