Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve, and we are looking for highly motivated Hospice Navigator(s).

Our Hospice Navigators support patients and carers to navigate the clinical services available to them at Farleigh and provide administrative support to our multidisciplinary clinical locality teams. 

Do you possess the ability to communicate empathetically with patients and their families, as well effectively with colleagues and professional clinicians at a variety of levels? Do you have proven administrative skills, are you well organised and do you pay meticulous attention to detail?
