Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve, and we are looking for highly motivated administrator to join our Education team.
The role involves organising teaching sessions, creating booking forms, attendance lists and evaluation forms, taking minutes of meetings, producing education reports for outside agencies and performing all administrative tasks for virtual teaching sessions. You will also work alongside the HR team in adding education events to our ‘learn ‘system
You will be a highly organised person with proven secretarial skills using Microsoft Word, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint and electronic databases.
