Memory Tree dedication services
We invite you, along with family and friends, to attend a Memory Tree Dedication Service. This special service allows you to visit the hospice and place your tribute on the Memory Tree.
Our Spiritual Care team will lead the service and can tailor it to your wishes, whether religious or non-religious.
After the dedication, you are welcome to spend time in our sanctuary, where you can light a candle, reflect, and share memories together over refreshments. These services are optional and provided at no extra cost, offering a supportive and peaceful space for remembrance.
If you prefer, you can place your tribute yourself, or we can place it on your behalf. In either case, we will send you a photograph of your leaf or heart on the tree.

Ordering your Memory Tree tribute
You can dedicate a leaf or heart for one year with a minimum donation of £120, or by paying £10 per month by direct debit (minimum 12 months).
At the end of the 12-month period, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to renew your dedication or have your tribute returned for you to keep at home.
