Join our Board and help shape the future of hospice care
We are currently recruiting new Trustees to join our Board and support the long-term success of our hospice.
We are seeking experienced professionals with financial or clinical expertise who are passionate about strong governance and making a meaningful difference for people at the end of their lives.
The role
As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in providing strategic leadership and oversight, ensuring the hospice remains true to its mission, vision and values. Working collaboratively with fellow Trustees and the Executive Team, you will help ensure the charity operates effectively, sustainably and in line with all legal and regulatory requirements.
What we’re looking for
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who bring:
- Board-level experience and a strong understanding of governance
- Strategic leadership, sound judgment and the ability to contribute at a senior level
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A commitment to inclusivity and reflecting the communities we serve
Time commitment
Trustees are expected to commit approximately 12–15 days per year, including Board meetings and preparation time.
