This session is led by the needs and interests of those attending. It offers a flexible, supportive space to explore topics that feel most relevant to you and others in the group.

It’s also an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and help shape future wellbeing sessions.

Who it’s for

Anyone living with a life-limiting illness, along with carers, family members and loved ones.

You can attend together or separately.
