Michael Eaton from Great Totham is celebrating after winning £2,000.
He has been playing the Local Hospice Lottery for 14 years, ever since he and his wife, June, moved to the area and chose to support their local hospice.
Michael shared how perfectly timed his surprise win has been. “Our computer just went wrong yesterday so we have bought a new one. This year June and I have been married 50 years – so we will celebrate by using some of the money to book a holiday.
“I will also be making a donation to Farleigh from my win. It wasn’t something we were expecting, so we’d like Farleigh to benefit.”
