This session offers a supportive space to explore emotional wellbeing while living with a life-limiting illness. It focuses on helping you understand emotional responses and developing practical, gentle strategies for self-care in everyday life.

• Understanding how illness can affect emotions and wellbeing
• Exploring practical ways to manage stress, anxiety and low mood
• Developing simple, realistic self-care strategies for daily life
• Sharing experiences in a supportive and understanding space

Who it’s for

Anyone living with a life-limiting illness, along with carers and family members.
