About this session

Living with a life-limiting illness can bring changes that affect many areas of life. In this session, we gently explore those changes and offer support to help you feel more informed, prepared and able to cope day to day.

We focus on practical ways to support your wellbeing, while creating space to reflect, share and feel heard.

Who it’s for

Anyone living with a life-limiting illness, along with carers and family members.
