Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve and we are looking for highly motivated HR Assistant to join our People team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality service. We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working collaboratively, building positive relationships, and making a meaningful contribution.
The successful candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will also be well organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with strong organisational and time management abilities. You will be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and possess good IT and administrative skills. A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting continuous improvement is essential.
