Our much‑loved Cycle for Life returns for its grand finale in 2026

We’re getting ready to make this last chapter the biggest and most memorable yet.

 Join us as we celebrate years of community spirit, incredible fundraising, and unforgettable miles ridden together in support of hospice care across mid Essex. 

Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or taking part for the first time, this special farewell event promises stunning scenery, great camaraderie, and the chance to be part of something meaningful. 

Routes

All routes start and finish at Farleigh Hospice, near Broomfield Hospital.

  • 20km – Family-friendly and ideal for beginners (registration 10.00am – 10.45am)
  • 50km – A scenic ride through the picturesque Rodings (registration 9.00am – 9.45am)
  • 100km – A real challenge for experienced cyclists, featuring part of the 2014 Tour de France route (registration  8.00am – 8.45am)

Volunteering

Don’t fancy cycling but want to be involved? We have plenty of opportunities to help out as a marshal along the route or helping at the start / finish. Please complete our volunteering form and we’ll be in touch.
