This session offers a calm and supportive space to explore approaches that can help you feel more relaxed, balanced and supported.

It introduces complementary therapies and gives you time to reflect on what brings comfort, meaning or peace to you as an individual.

What we’ll cover

• An introduction to complementary therapies and how they may support wellbeing
• Simple relaxation techniques you can use at home
• Exploring what matters most to you (faith, spirituality, hobbies, community)
• Finding moments of calm, comfort and reflection
• Gentle approaches to support emotional and physical wellbeing

Who it’s for

Anyone living with a life-limiting illness, along with carers, family members and loved ones.

You can attend together or separately.
