Living with a life-limiting illness can change how we talk, listen, and relate to others. This session offers a supportive space to reflect on those changes and consider practical ways to help communication feel easier.

What we’ll cover

• Exploring ways to communicate more confidently in difficult situations
• Supporting meaningful conversations with family, friends and professionals
• Understanding barriers to communication and how to overcome them
• Sharing experiences and learning from others in a supportive space

Who it’s for

Anyone living with a life-limiting illness, along with carers and family members.

This is a supportive, informal session where you can listen, share, and take part at your own pace. There is no pressure to speak or share personal experiences unless you want to.
