This session offers practical support to help you manage breathlessness and stay as active as possible. It focuses on simple techniques and approaches to help you feel more confident and in control in daily life.

• Understanding breathlessness and what can trigger it
• Learning practical breathing techniques to manage symptoms
• Exploring ways to stay active safely and comfortably
• Building confidence in managing everyday activities

Who it’s for

Anyone living with a life-limiting illness, along with carers and family members.
