Come and join in the jolliest run of the year!
Don your santa suit and join the merry crowd in Chelmsford’s Central Park on Sunday 1 December for Farleigh Hospice’s annual Santa Fun Run.
Our family-friendly 5k is open to everyone as it is accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
Participants can run, jog, walk or propel themselves around the course. Dogs are welcome on leads and there will be a competition for the best dressed dog, so be sure to bring them in their Christmas outfit.
The cost of entry will include a free Santa suit for adults and Santa hat for children. Adult sized Santa suits can be purchased as an optional extra for teenagers as part of the booking process.

Adults early bird - £13.50 includes 1 free Santa suit
Then £15 in advance and £25 on the day
Children early bird aged 5 to 17 - £4.50 includes free Santa hat
Then £6 in advance and £6 on the day includes free Santa hat
Friends and family early bird of 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 to 17 - £27 includes 2 free adult Santa suits and 2 free children's Santa hats
Then £30 in advance and £50 on the day
Under 5s free. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
You can still participate without pre-booking and pay the on the day price. Just turn up!

| Accessibility: | Wheelchair friendly. Free carer ticket available. Carer will also receive a Santa suit. |
| Parking: | Parking options include the High Chelmer Multi Storey, CM1 1XL or NCP Viaduct Road, Coval Lane or Moulsham Street car parks. |
| Media: | We will be taking photos and videos at this event for use on our social media and in our printed publications. We also share our images with local press. |

Our Santa Fun Run is an important fundraising event that helps us to raise the money we need to provide our care completely free of charge.
While your registration fee covers the cost of running the event, it is the money you raise in sponsorship that funds our care.

The Collett family (pictured) said, “We decided to do Santa Fun Run together as family is everything at this time of year and we wanted to feel closer to the loved ones that we’ve lost. We had a close relative who had support from Farleigh Hospice before they lost their battle with cancer. Farleigh was really comforting and supportive to them so we want to give something back. It’s our first Santa Fun Run and it was brilliant – great fun and a great day to be together. We will definitely do it again.”
