You can honour your loved one’s memory by sharing stories, videos, photos and make in-memory donations. It’s a lovely place for family and friends to celebrate their life and come back to year after year.

What your Everlasting Tribute fund means to Farleigh Hospice

Any funds raised through your Farleigh Everlasting Tribute will help us to continue providing outstanding care to people affected by life-limiting illnesses.

We help patients to live as actively as possible from the point of diagnosis to the end of their life, by providing physical and emotional care. We also provide support for families and carers, and for people who have been bereaved.
