Referral - People caring for or supporting someone living with a life-limiting illness

When someone you know is diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, it can affect you more than you might realise. At Farleigh Hospice, we offer support and guidance to the families and carers of those with life-limiting illnesses.

To access our services individuals must:

Be caring for or supporting a significant person in their life who is living with a life-limiting illness.
Live within the mid Essex area. Referrals may be taken from outside this area if the patient lives in the mid Essex area.
Provide consent for access/referral to Farleigh Hospice services.
Be aged 18 or over.
