Future Farleigh: Have your say on Farleigh’s future priorities for improvement

Farleigh Hospice is required to produce an annual Quality Account, which is a report to the public from providers of NHS healthcare about the quality of the clinical services they deliver, and is posted on the NHS Choices website.

Listed below are six possible future priorities for improvements for 2022–2023 which have been selected for consultation.

Please let us know if you agree with the list, or if you have any other suggested priorities? We need to select a minimum of three, so which would you choose?

1. Sustainable Workforce – using creative solutions to ensure the workforce of the future.

2. Virtual Ward - caring for people in their own homes and supporting people to pass away well at home.

3. Patient Experience – working in co-production with patients to design service delivery.

4. The Green Hospice – Expanding our ‘green’ initiatives to further reduce our carbon footprint.

5. Implementing a new strategic plan as part of our 40th birthday year
